Aromas of pear, herbs, white pepper and spices preface the 2022 Midi, a medium-bodied, satiny and pure wine that’s precise, tense and saline with a long, delicate finish. Crafted from vines planted in the commune of Brézé, on sandy, clay soils facing southeast, it was matured only in steel tanks.
