Light, bright red. Heady mineral- and spice-accented aromas of raspberry, blood orange, hibiscus and wisteria. Distinctly exotic flavors of bitter cherry, red berries and floral tea flavors flesh out with air while picking up succulent herb, Asian spice and mineral nuances. Silky, seamless and broad on the finish, clinging with excellent tenacity and resonating floral, botanical herb and spice notes. This wine definitely stretches the definition of "rose" but it's more that than red. Either way, it's the most intriguing and complex pink(ish) wine that I've tasted in some time.
