Product Details  

Plush orange and apple blossom, pretty and balanced with high acidity, so appealing for food!  This year we let the Viognier soak on their skins for 48 hours prior to pressing to build texture and aromatics. 100% cask ferment. This is very similar to our 2019 Viognier, a cooler season brings high acidity across the board.
