This is a sexy wine that I’m completely over the moon with. Waves of black fruits, dark cherry, plums and violets. There’s textural depth to the palate and it continues to evolve in the glass, really starts to shine on day three after opening. Okanagan Petit Verdot willingly holds onto its acidity which helps keep the wine in balance.
