We tasted this organic Cab at a local tasting event and were impressed with its complexity and earthy tones. It's from Southern Australia, made by a producer who features an entire certified organic line that is also vegan suitable. In our opinion, this great value Cabernet showed the best so we brought some in for sale.
On the nose, tons of red berries with hints of herbs. This wine is dry, full-bodied with medium acidity and soft tannins. More berries on the palate, with hints of chocolate, and a nice earthy finish. Try with red meat and cheesy pasta.
