The Anderra Sauvignon Blanc is made in a French-Chilean style by Baron Philippe de Rothschild in the Valle Central, south of Santiago. Every vinification step contributes towards preserving the freshness of the original fruit, including a relatively short maturation period of six months in vats. This is a vivacious, dry white that oozes rich flavour and crisp texture. On the nose, aromas of grapefruit, peach, and tropical fruit. Fresh and crisp palate, with flavours of passion fruit, mango, and citrus. Serve with sushi, fresh seafood, goat cheese, or on its own as an aperitif.
