Albamar 2020 Sesenta y Nove Arrobas 750ml

A brand I first sampled as part of the tasting menu at Can Roca restaurant in Girona, this is consistently among Rias Baixas' elite. Five different granite-located parcels, three more than 100 years old, are the source of a pure, taut, perfumed, super-saline white, which has layers of pear, beeswax and lime juice, steely minerality and a focused finish.
