Delicate red colour ranging from ruby to garnet. Unmistakable bouquet, pleasantly fruity, intense and ethereal, and very persistent with a balsamic finish. Nice body and freshness in the mouth. Dry flavour, with evident tannins that are full and hold lots of promise. Long and persistent finish, offering a glimpse of great ageing potential. Pair with very tasty main courses featuring boiled, braised and roast meats, game and mature cheeses.
