Our first real foray into rosé wine!! This flinty, mineral, bright, and fruity Pinot Noir Rosé has us ultra excited for summer glou glou good vibes!  

Vines: Single Vineyard, Peachland, BC
Farming: Certified Organic, Dry Farmed
Ingredients: Pinot Noir, under 30 ppm sulphur
Label art: Celia Duthie

Winemaking: 

  • Naturally fermented

  • Whole berries & destemmed

  • 2 days semi-carbonic maceration

  • 5 months élevage in neutral oak barrels

  • Unfined & unfiltered 

  • 240 cases made

  • 13.8% alcohol
