A País from Huarilihue, Itata. Faint red in color. On the nose, it presents strawberry, earth and yogurt notes plus dried leaves and thyme, all with the volume turned up to eleven. Medium in structure, delivering tannins that are quite clingy and concentrated for the varietal, but they help to channel a good depth of flavor. A surprising, well-made wine.
