Placing an Order

Getting your wine is important to you; Marquis Wine Cellars will quickly deliver your order within downtown Vancouver and its local environs. 

Please keep reading for our rates, our guarantees, and for basic delivery information, keeping in mind that we are not permitted to ship outside the province of British Columbia.

  1. Delivery within downtown Vancouver, Vancouver proper is free – one case minimum.
  2. For orders outside Vancouver proper, or less than a case, MWC will use the services of a courier.
  3. Current courier charges will be applied to your order.
  4. MWC will attempt to deliver the goods twice after which your order will be returned to MWC. You will then be responsible for collecting the order from us.
  5. All orders will be delivered within four business days unless otherwise specified.
  6. MWC reserves the right to cancel or not accept orders.
  7. All persons placing orders or returning wine must be 19 years of age or older.
  8. Proof of age must be validated with acceptable identifications at the time of delivery. Passport, drivers license with photograph, BCID card.
  9. MWC will not deliver to a person who is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
  10. All weekly deliveries will be completed before Friday, 5:00pm PST.
  11. We are not permitted to ship outside the province of British Columbia.

  13. Orders placed through are secure web site will not be charged to your credit card account until you have been contacted with confirmation by Marquis Wine Cellars that your order has been filled.
  14. Tastings can be reserved by calling Marquis Wine Cellars at 604-684-0445 or by e-mail info@marquis-wines.com.
  15. All tastings will be paid for in advance, tickets are transferable but not refundable. Please refrain from wearing any strong perfumes or colognes.
