There's a deep and intense aromatic intensity defined by ripe black and red fruit and light floral nuances, followed by toast, herbaceousness and vanilla. On the palate there are some sweet fruit flavours with a fleshy and velvety texture; ripe red fruit, very juicy. It's vibrant and fresh with moderate tannins and balanced acidity; fruity, spicy, great with tomato based meditteranean pasta dishes.
