When wandering through Marquis Wine Cellars, one can feel the presence of David Lancelot. He has twenty-five years’ experience in the food service and hospitality industry. As a graduate of a one-year cook training program and a two-year Hotel and Restaurant Management program, David is well versed in food and wine matching and he is a darn fine cook and loves to eat.  Wine travel has taken him to Germany, Italy, Bordeaux, Washington, Oregon and California. David has an excellent palate and his knowledge of wines makes him an important asset to Marquis Wine Cellars: David not only handles the BC wines portfolio, but also keeps an eye out for dessert wines, which he gleefully brings into the store. David has been with Marquis since January 1990.
