"Of all the New-World Viogniers I have the pleasure to try, this rates as the second best I've ever had (number 1 being Alban, but that's a whole different ball game). Super expressive aromatically and smelling like textbook Viognier, this wine has the hallmark scents of fresh apricot, jasmine and honeysuckle to it. Thick and oily in texture, the wine has incredible density and power to it without being overpowering. What makes this such a likeable wine is that Ken has managed to keep a fair bit of acidity to round out the intensity of the wine.
