"A four stars Platter’s Guide 2010, this is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon 83%, Merlot 12% and Petit Verdot 5%. Garnet in colour. Cassis, blackberries, spice and pencil shavings on the nose. On the palate, a medley of ripe dark fruits with the combination of subtle tannins provide the framework for a pleasure inducing treat. From the long growing season and cool nights, there is a fine acid core to the wine.
