"Fully ripe at harvest, this cabernet sauvignon has sufficient acidity and tannin to allow for aging. Our cabernet sauvignon was aged for 18 months in 75% new French oak, and 210 cases of this wine were made. The wine's bouquet suggests black currant, chocolate, and eucalyptus." - Winemaker's Notes
