12% of barrel aged Semillon is added to this beautiful wine. Pale golden straw in colour. Focussed grass, beeswax and asparagus aromas on the nose. Crisp citrus notes with flinty tones on a rather dense palate. Lively and balanced, dry and impressive. Serve with sushi, seared tuna or tempura prawns.
