"The 2008 Rôtie Cellars Southern White is a blend of 50% Viognier and 50% Roussanne that was 100% Tank Fermented. The wine has ripe, upfront and boisterous aromatics of tropical fruits, ripe peaches, baking spices, black licorice and white flowers. These lead into a full bodied, round, ripe palate that has tons of fruit, decent acidity, a slightly oily texture and a long, lingering finish.
