The grapes are harvest by hand and then 50% are fermented in stainless steel with the other 50% fermented in barrels ranging between 2 to 15 years old to ensure that the delicate aromas and flavours aren’t masked by the wood. A generous, fleshy and fruity wine that exudes notes of cranberry, red currant and truffle.
