"This cuveé was made by Provenquiere exclusively for us here at Marquis Wine Cellars. We've been long time supporters of these good value gems, and in return for our support they made a special bottling just for us. A blend of Chardonnay, topped-off with some Viognier. The Chardonnay is lightly oaked, but still fresh and full of flavour and complimented by the aromatic components of the Viognier. Ripe and round with gala apple notes with a touch of fresh apricot lead into flavours of fresh fruit, jasmine and an echo of spice. Admirably concentrated for the price, but balanced by crisp acidity makes this a fun and versatile wine.
