Pale straw in colour. Very much in the gooseberry, citrus camp of aromas and flavours.  Fairly intense on the palate with good acid balance.  Medium body and length.  Lots of choices to match this treat with; crab, seafood pasta, rosemary chicken or pork tenderloin.  Enjoy!
