Dark garnet in colour, same edge. Lots of spice, pepper, cherry and raspberry aromas with same on palate. Very supple and refined style of Shiraz; the alcohol only comes in at 13.5%. Beautiful and feminine with a long flavourful finish. The 2007 Shiraz is so enjoyable that when placed on the dinner table with other wines, it will be the first bottle to be consumed.
