This delightful wine comes from grapes harvested from selected east and south facing hillside vineyards that range in age from 10 to 28 years old. Pale straw in colour. Gooseberry, grass, green fig on nose and same on palate with hints of minerality on the medium length finish. The acid is firm but balanced. All in all, a tasty treat. Enjoy with artichoke dip, sushi or oysters.
