This a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc. Dark garnet in colour with a purple edge. Complex dark chocolate, black cherry and cassis intertwine with opulent blackberry fruit, and hints of mint and toasty vanilla. This is a big mouth filling wine, with densely layered ripe tannins, beautifully balanced and a refined long finish. What better to enjoy with than a succulent steak.
