Bright ruby garnet in colour. Bing cherry with mushroom, spice and meaty tones on the nose followed by a pleasing palate full of mulberries, smoke and fruit pastilles. Gentle subtle tannins, multiple layers of flavours and a delicately long finish. Delicious on its own or match with duck or squab.
