"The 2009 Bourgogne Hertiere shows excellent richness at this level, with good depth in its dark fruit. This is a fairly dense, entry-level wine. Rossignol used 50% whole clusters for the Beaune. The vines were planted in 1922 by Rossignol’s great-grandfather and yields were just 32 hectoliters per hectare. Tasted from tank.
