'Cris' is the local expression for vines planted in pebbly limestone and this wine is a true reflection of just this. As a young wine it is dense, rich and shows aromas of citrus, peach, fresh herbs and some intriguing mineral undertones, with the minerality element becoming more prominent with age. Ideally paired with fish prepared in sauces, cured meats, and goat cheese.
