“3 Coteaux translates into 3 hillsides and this wine is a blend of 100% Chenin Blanc harvested from three different vineyards sites located around Chinon. Produced from 20 year old vines planted on chalky-clay soils, the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on the lees for three months. No malo-lactic fermentation was done to help preserve its freshness. A ripe exotic nose of passionfruit, peach and pear bursts from the glass.
