20 - 30% of this wine was aged in new French oak with the remainder going into second and third fill barrels. Pale golden straw in colour. On the nose there are honeysuckle, perfume and melon aromas. On the palate, the wine resonates with a forward round mouth feel that has the acid structure to carry it to a long, satisfying finish.
