Bing cherry, raspberry, white pepper and rich mocha aromas are given added complexity via subtle aniseed and vanilla tones derived from maturation in small French and American oak barriques. The palate has weight and depth due to layers of smooth fruit tannins and sheer flavour intensity. You have to try this with a medium rare rib-eye steak, delicious!
